Our Faith Formation Program is open to all children of our parish. If you are not a member of our parish, please complete a seperate Family Parish Registration. Parish Registration Forms must be completed and submitted at the time you submit your Faith Formation Registration. Youth new to our program must submit a copy of their Baptism and Communion Certificates at the time of registration.

Payment

Our fees for each of the two consecutive confirmation instruction years is $100 per year per child. Thank you for the support of our program. Our fees do not cover all of our expenses, but help to offset our costs.
